Terms & Conditions

Effective: 27 August 2026

Terms governing use of the Quendario Grand Haven website, hotel information, casino entertainment, reservations and lawful visitor conduct.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Quendario Grand Haven website and the general information it provides about accommodation, dining, casino entertainment, leisure and related hospitality services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website. Separate booking, event, venue or promotional conditions may also apply to a particular transaction and will prevail to the extent of any direct inconsistency for that transaction.

2. Operator

The website is operated by Quendario Grand Haven Pty Ltd.. References to Quendario, we, us or our mean the website operator unless the context indicates otherwise. The legal entity name and business address are loaded from the site's adress.json file so that updates can be managed consistently across the website.

3. Eligibility and adult casino content

General hotel information may be viewed by adults and other lawful visitors, but casino-related areas and casino entertainment are intended only for persons who meet the legal age and entry requirements applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing on this website overrides identification, exclusion, responsible entertainment, venue-access or other lawful requirements that may apply at an actual casino venue.

4. Informational website

The website provides general descriptions and promotional information. Availability, inclusions, operating times, room features, casino facilities, prices and event details may change. Content is not a binding offer unless we expressly state otherwise in a specific booking or transaction flow. Images may illustrate the style or character of an experience and are not a guarantee that every feature will be available on every date.

5. Reservations and enquiries

A website enquiry does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. A reservation exists only when the applicable booking process is completed and confirmation is issued through the authorised booking channel. You are responsible for checking names, dates, occupancy, inclusions, cancellation conditions and other material details before accepting a booking.

6. Pricing and taxes

Where prices are displayed, they may be subject to availability, applicable taxes, fees, surcharges or specific promotional conditions. Obvious typographical or system errors may be corrected. Where consumer law requires a particular disclosure or handling of a pricing error, that law applies and is not excluded by these Terms.

7. Casino and responsible entertainment

Casino participation involves financial risk and must remain a form of adult entertainment. Visitors should set limits, use only discretionary funds and take breaks. The website does not promise outcomes, returns or winnings. Venue rules, identity checks, exclusion arrangements, responsible entertainment controls and local gambling legislation may apply independently of these website Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload systems in a way that materially disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, or use content in a manner that infringes the rights of Quendario or another party.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, text, branding, graphics, locally stored media and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Quendario and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. Reproduction, publication, commercial redistribution or creation of derivative branded materials requires prior permission unless a legal exception applies.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, and our Cookie Policy explains browser storage and similar technologies. Those policies form part of the website information framework and should be read together with these Terms. Where consent is required by law, these Terms do not substitute for that consent.

11. User submissions

If you send an enquiry, review, request or other content, you confirm that the information you provide is lawful and that you have the right to provide it. You must not submit confidential information belonging to another person without authority. We may use submitted information to respond to the request and for related legitimate business administration as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Third-party services and links

A reference to an independent venue, transport provider, booking channel or other service does not make that operator part of Quendario unless expressly stated. Independent services are governed by their own conditions. We are not responsible for a third party's acts, omissions, availability or separate digital environment except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security work, connectivity failures, events beyond reasonable control or other operational factors may temporarily limit access. We may change, suspend or remove website functions when reasonably necessary.

14. Security and accounts

If a future function provides account or reservation access, you must keep credentials confidential and notify the relevant service channel if you reasonably suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or lawful business operations.

15. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or right under the Australian Consumer Law or other law where it would be unlawful to do so. Any exclusion or limitation in these Terms operates only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, website content is provided on an as-available basis for general information. We do not warrant that every description is complete, current or suitable for a particular personal purpose. You should verify time-sensitive reservation, venue-entry, event and casino information through the relevant authorised service before relying on it.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quendario is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of informational website content. Where liability cannot be excluded but can lawfully be limited, it is limited in the manner permitted by applicable law. This clause does not remove rights or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Indemnity for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss reasonably arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, deliberate interference with systems, infringement of third-party rights, or fraudulent submissions. This clause is not intended to make a consumer responsible for loss caused by Quendario's own unlawful conduct.

19. Changes to the website and Terms

We may update website content and these Terms to reflect operational, technical or legal changes. The current version applies from the effective date shown on the page. If a change materially affects an existing confirmed transaction, the terms applicable to that transaction and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply as required by law.

20. Governing law

These website Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you and cannot be displaced by agreement. Courts and tribunals with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from relying on a mandatory jurisdictional right available under applicable law.

21. Complaints and dispute resolution

If a concern arises, please contact Quendario first so that the matter can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved promptly. Consumer, privacy, gambling, accommodation or other regulatory complaint pathways may also be available depending on the subject of the dispute. These Terms do not prevent you from using a statutory complaint mechanism.

22. Severability and waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue to operate. A failure or delay in exercising a right does not automatically waive that right.

23. Contact

Questions about these Terms or the operation of this website can be directed through the ordinary contact information displayed on the site. Contact details shown as text are provided for information and are intentionally not configured as telephone or email links.
